A few days in early March at De Haan, one of the few places at the Belgian coast whose seafront has not been completely ruined by concrete run-of-the-mill tower blocks. In fact, I found the architecture so revolting that it wasn’t even interesting to photograph its ugliness. Ostend and Bruges, however, totally different story: Absolutely worth a visit in the off-season peace and quiet.

Mostly overcast skies did not serve too well any interesting landscape or architecture shots. Here are some images anway, mostly from the days when conditions were a bit more acceptable.
