Some images taken at a weekend trip to the Rheingau in late November.
Gear: Leica M11 with ZEISS Distagon T* 1,4/35 ZM and Leica Apo-Summicron Ashperical 75mm F/2
Saturday afternoon was spent visiting Museum Reinhard Ernst, a first for us, enjoying its post-war artworks and even more stunning architecture.
Eltville & Rüdesheim
A foggy and frosty stopover at the Saint Hildegard Abbey near Rüdesheim evoked these shots. Myriads of cobwebs with frozen dew and hoar frost on petals and leaves gave the vineyards and the monastery garden a bizarre look. The more colourful pictures were taking at Eltville the day before when the weather conditions were still a lot friendlier.
